Plan Explanation (Beach Assistance)

Stress-Free Beach Days! Our Beach Assistance Plan provides the perfect peace of mind for you and your family. This plan includes 1 service per year.  The best part? You can use our 24/7 phone support without it counting against your 1 annual service. We'll cover the cost of delivery, but you're responsible for the fuel/oil itself. Our service provider will bill us up to $350 per request. Anything over that is your responsibility.  We designed this plan to support you, so you can focus on enjoying the beach. With our assistance, your day in the sand and surf will be worry-free. (yearly subscription fee $89.93)

Plan Explanation (Beach Towing)

Our Beach Towing Assistance plan gives you and your family complete peace of mind. This plan includes all the services of the Beach Assistance Plan, plus coverage for up to 2 service requests per year.   Each member with this plan can use any combination of the available services - whether that's a tow, gas delivery, or something else. We'll cover the cost of gas/oil delivery, though you'll pay for the fuel itself. Larger trucks with side-in campers are also included, though service for these may take a bit longer, due to there size.  Our service provider will bill us up to $550 per request. Anything over that is your responsibility. With the Beach Towing Assistance plan, you're ready for any beach adventure. Enjoy the sand, surf, and the confidence that help is just a phone call away. (yearly subscription fee $109.99)

Plan Explanation (Ultimate Off-Road)

Our Ultimate Off-Road Assistance Plan offers the most comprehensive coverage for you and your family. This plan includes everything from the Beach Assistance and Beach Towing Assistance plans, plus some additional benefits.  With this plan, you get 4 service requests per year that you can use in any combination. We'll cover up to 2 gallons of gas or 4 quarts of oil, and even provide a free battery replacement (Customer pays for the new battery).  Some vehicles may not qualify for the battery installation service. Our service provider will bill us up to $850 per request. Anything over that is your responsibility. Whether you need a tow, gas, or anything else, the Ultimate Off-Road Assistance Plan has you covered. Enjoy the freedom to explore without worrying about being stranded off-road! (yearly subscription fee $226.99)

Plan Details & Limitations

 All service plans cover the following areas:


  • DELAWARE: Cape Henlopen State Park, Beach Plum Island Nature Preserve, Delaware Seashore State Park, Fenwick Island State Park (parking and access ramp included)


  • MARYLAND & VIRGINIA: Assateague Island OSV (parking and access ramps included)  


Coverage can be denied if:


  • Membership has expired (expires 1 year from purchase date)
  • Vehicle is in an unauthorized area (sand dunes, etc.)
  • Member is not present during service
  • Vehicle is a commercial vehicle, motorcycle, trailer,  not a beach-approved vehicle


Additional Information:


  • All requests for service must be submitted to OSV Assist via a phone call at: (302) 259-1123
  • Plans can be canceled anytime, but must be 24+ hours before next payment.
  • Coverage starts 48 hours after purchase.
  • No reimbursement for non-OSV Assist services without prior approval.
  • OSV Assist reserves the right to perform any requested service. If an OSV Assist team member is not available, we will dispatch an approved company.
  • Customer pays any costs above the plan's coverage limit.
  • No refunds for unused services in a year .
  • This is not an insurance plan. We do not cover vehicle, property, or personal injury/damage claims. These plans are solely a prepaid service plan that will cover the cost of services you need off-road, as listed under the plan you have chosen.
